George currently serves as chapter president of the San Diego Chapter of the American Construction Inspectors Association (ACIA).  He has managed personnel on multiple projects simultaneously since 1984.

Charlie Chance has forty years experience in management in the construction industry. It has given him the experience to provide inspection and project management to school districts and public works projects.

Charlie is an RCI (Division II: Building), and a member and past president of the American Construction Inspectors Association, San Diego Chapter.


L. Todd Hendrix

Todd has extensive hands on experience of the carpentry and electrical trades, and a strong background of general construction knowledge.  Todd has worked exclusively as a DSA project inspector for 18 years.  He has provided services in all forms of construction contracting scenarios, with over 150 million dollars of DSA school construction inspection experience in San Diego County.

Dan West is an RCI member of the American Construction Inspectors Association, and has worked in the construction industry for 41 years.  

A former California-licensed General Contractor,  his time in the industry includes 29 years as a licensed general contractor and 7 years as a DSA project inspector. Dan's extensive experience as a G.C. provides for a great rapport with the contractor, and helps him foresee potential problems well before they can impact the schedule.

Dan is an RCI (Division II: Building), and a member of the American Construction Inspectors Association, San Diego Chapter.


Steven Owston

Steven Owston has 16 years of experience in construction inspections, performing special inspections for commercial, government, Cal-Trans, DSA and OSHPD facilities. He has worked as an IOR assistant performing quality assurance and document control services for several large school and hospital projects.  

Since mid-2016, Steven has been assigned to the Project Management department of San Diego State.  There, he has developed and refined reporting procedures for SDSU, helped to improve inter-departmental communications with the university's repair shops, and is the lead inspector for Projects, supervising other inspectors' daily assignments and reporting activities.

Steve is an RCI (Division II: Building; Division IV Public Works), and a member of the American Construction Inspectors Association, San Diego Chapter.
Ralph Warren

Ralph Warren has worked as a construction inspector for over 23 years, starting with the San Diego Unified School District in 1995.

Ralph went on to provide IOR services on many school projects in a wide variety of sizes and budgets throughout San Diego County.  He was an IOR on Prop M projects at the San Marcos campus of Palomar College for 2.5 years, with high-profile projects such as the renovation of the Administration Building, the new Veteran's Center, and the new Maintenance & Operations facility.  he is currently working on projects with the San Diego Unified School District.

Tim is a former US Navy welder, and has worked as a construction inspector for nearly 21 years, with nearly 13 years on DSA projects.  He has a proven ability to coordinate with complex projects, is a goal-oriented individual displaying good leadership capabilities, and is organized, highly motivated, and a good problem solver.
