Ryan Fetterly is adept at recognizing deficiencies in major systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural. He has experience with many different types of equipment in all sizes: VFDs, motors, cooling towers, boilers, pumps, chillers, and air handlers, humidifiers, split units, package units, exhaust fans, and lighting control panels, among other standard building components.
Ryan is a Class-2 DSA project inspector working on major capital-improvement projects for the San Diego Unified School District. In addition, he is an ACIA Registered Construction Inspector (RCI) in two disciplines.
